He was born in Lisbon in 1975.

He has exhibited his work at individual and collective exhibitions from which the following can be highlighted: Project Room CCB_Lisboa (Lisbon), Circulo de Belas Artes de Madrid (Madrid’s Visual Arts’ Circle), MUDAM_Luxemburgo (Luxembourg), Gulbenkian_Lisbon and Paris, MANIFESTA 08_Bienal Europeia de Arte Contemporânea_ Itália (European Contemporary Art’s Biennial_Italy), Frac Loraine_Metz, OK CENTRE_Linz_Austria, CHIADO 8_Culturgest_Lisbon/Porto (Oporto) and Oporto’s “Casa da Música” (Music’s House). He has projected, with Architect Pancho Guedes as co-author, the installation “Lisboscópio” (Lisbonscope) for the official Portuguese representation at Venice’s Architectural Biennial in 2006. At Culturgest (Lisbon), in 2008, he presented the exhibition EARWORM where he included a large scope of his work since 1998.

He has displayed his work as sound-artist/musician/performer at: VERBO’s Festival, Galeria Vermelho (Red)_ São Paulo, Temps d’Images Festival_Lisbon and Rescaldo Festival_ Lisbon, Big Bang_CCB_Lisbon, Culturgest_Oporto and Lisbon, ZDB_Lisbon, Dance Base_Edimburgh, Kabinett 0047_Oslo_Norway, CAPITALS_Calouste Gulbenkian’s Fundation, between others.
